Established in the early 1900’s, McIntosh Barr & Gordon is a small and dynamic practice with extensive experience in providing legal services to Lismore and the greater Northern New South Wales. We can assist with just about any enquiry for all areas of law. In particular we specialise in Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Commercial Law, Litigation, Motor Vehicle Accident and Personal Injury claims.
Robert Parrey joined the firm in 2003 following the retirement of Bruce Gordon. Robert was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 1998. He has a background in banking, finance, business administration and is also a Registered Nurse. Robert has experience in most areas of law. He became the Principal of the firm in 2012 and is also Principal of Hungerford Lehmann Solicitors in Mullumbimby and Ocean Shores.
Kirsty McKinley joined the firm in early 2014 when she moved to the area with her husband and children. She has a knowledge of most areas of law and vast experience in criminal law.
John Norton commenced work with the firm in 1964, initially as an articled clerk before being admitted to practice as a Solicitor. John has over 50 years experience in property law and wills and estates.
Peter Phillips joined the firm in 1981. Peter has over 36 years experience in most areas of law. He has a particular interest in Family Law.
Our Support Staff
Robert also has a strong team supporting him in the daily running of the practice. The team includes Office Manager, Libby Parrey and Paralegal staff, Jillian Keys, Anita Strahan and Stephanie Clavan. All of the support staff have a wealth of experience in assisting in the provision of quality legal services.
